– Free Standard Delivery (expected within 5 working days after dispatch) on all orders over £50 to UK Mainland.

– Orders under £50 to UK Mainland are subject to a £4.95 delivery charge.

RETURNS

Please note, there may be a slight colour variation between the photograph shown on our website and the actual product. Size may also vary from the reference illustration image and products should not be purchased on this visual alone.

In order to receive a refund, your items must be returned in all original packaging, with all original labels still attached. There must be no signs of wear, and a refund may be refused if none of the above is upheld. Paul Costelloe Bags does not offer free returns & postage refund, all returns must be at the customer’s expense.

When returning your items, please download and print the Returns and Exchanges form found at the bottom of this page. This will make the process a faster and smoother experience for you. We ask that you also include a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase.

Bags
Paul Costelloe Bags is happy to refund any perfect merchandise bought online, returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

Return postage is to be paid by the customer under all circumstances. Paul Costelloe Bags are unable to make any exceptions for refund packages that arrive with us after the 30 day period, however, we may offer an exchange at our complete discretion. All returns must be brand new, unused and in their absolute original condition (this means no markings on leather, interior, hardware etc), and come with all of their original packaging, including labels and tags. We withhold the right to decline a refund request if any of these conditions are not upheld by the customer.

In order to receive a refund, proof of purchase must be provided with the item returned. We request that you include your invoice, outlining which item you are requesting a refund. Please find all return address at the bottom of this page.

Shoes
Shoes purchased online from Paul Costelloe Bags are not subject to refund, and will only be subject to exchange within the 30 day period from receipt. All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaged in the original box. We do not accept shoes that have been worn or scratched; in this case, we will not be able to provide an exchange. In order to receive an exchange, proof of purchase must be provided.
