After the payment is authorised, you will receive an email with the order number. From this moment on, you can check the order status in the section “My Orders”. Once shipped, you will receive a warehouse dispatch confirmation email and a text to your provided number from our Courier with tracking information.
With this link you can know the status and location of your order at any time. You will receive an SMS/Email notification when the order has arrived, and a card will be left in your letter box if you are unable to collect.
You have 14 days from scheduled delivery to raise a dispute with us.
