Paul Costelloe Bags is happy to exchange/refund any perfect merchandise returned to us within 14 days of receipt. For sale items the same applies within 14 days of receipt. All shoes are available for exchange only, with no refund offered. All return postage is to be paid by the customer. If your item is faulty, please inform us within 7 days of discovery. Any faulty items outside of the 14 returns period will be repaired but not refunded or exchanged at our discretion, and Paul Costelloe Bags withholds the rights to, at their absolute discretion, deny complimentary repair to any bag that is outside of the 12 month warrantee, or where proof of purchase cannot be given. Repairs out of the 12 month warrantee may incur additional charges. Should you be unable to return your item within the 14 day period, you must inform us within the 14 day time frame and we will do what we are able to assist. This may include issuing a credit note rather than a refund, and when purchasing, you accept responsibility to abide by these terms and conditions with no exceptions. Paul Costelloe Bags are unable to make any exceptions to our terms and conditions policies.
All products for sale at www.paulcostelloebags.com are subject to availability, if for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified by email.
Please note, there may be a slight colour variation between the photograph shown on our website and the actual product. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.The dimensions and weights of products given are approximate only.
Size matters; and so on every page, we’ve added the product dimensions and an on-model illustration of the item. We make every effort to ensure that the measurements we give are correct, but we cannot guarantee that our on-model illustrations are 100% accurate due to various factors – these images are for a guide reference only. If in any doubt, please refer to the measurements or contact our Customer Services Team at email@example.com for further assistance. Paul Costelloe Bags will not accept any responsibility for products brought as a sole and direct reference to the illustration.
Paul Costelloe Bags reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of this gift card constitutes consent of our terms and conditions. All purchases of gift cards are non-refundable from the time payment is processed.
Your gift card is valid for 6 months from the purchase date. After this time, any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid.
Paul Costelloe Gift Cards cannot be purchased under any discount code, but can be used and redeemed as cash.
The value of your gift card is valid only via www.paulcostelloebags.com and may not be redeemed in any other store, online or otherwise. The value of the gift card is available in multiple currencies and can be redeemed in any country we ship to (terms and conditions apply). Gift cards and items purchased with gift cards are non-refundable, but you may be eligible for an exchange if your item is with us within the appropriate time period & conditions outlined in our terms and conditions. Paul Costelloe Bags are unable to make exceptions to this condition under any circumstances. This does not affect your legal rights under the consumer rights act.
In cases where your Paul Costelloe Bags gift card is stolen (by which the exclusive code is redeemed by anyone other than yourself without prior consent), Paul Costelloe Bags is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Paul Costelloe Bags cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a Paul Costelloe Bags gift card as a result of theft or fraud.
Our gift cards do not fall under the scope of the payment services or electronic money regulation. The purchase of a gift card is the purchase of a means of payment; it does not constitute a deposit. You will not earn interest on the balance of a gift card.
The maximum amount available to load onto a Paul Costelloe Gift Card is £1,000 and the minimum amount is £20. This will equal the equivalent in respective countries.
Funds cannot be loaded onto your Gift Card after initial purchase. You can use the credit on your Gift Card for any postage payments.
This Paul Costelloe Bags Gift Voucher is a digital-only card, and will not come in or be accepted in any physical form other than via the purchase link.
Cheshire Life Gift Voucher
Paul Costelloe Bags voucher is valid until 29th February 2020 in our Cheshire Oaks store only. No minimum spend required. Voucher must be shown at point of sale and redeemed in one transaction. Only one voucher valid per customer, and per transaction. Paul Costelloe Bags withhold the right change or withdraw this offer and its terms at any time. All purchases with gift card are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Voucher cannot be resold to any third party and must be used by the first party only. Cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent in-store or online.
In the event that your goods are damaged or faulty on arrival please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our leather bags and accessories carry a 6-month guarantee. If within this period you find fault with your product (excluding general wear and tear), you can return it to us for a repair or replacement, provided that you are able to provide proof of purchase. The fault will then be carefully investigated and following this we shall contact you to discuss an appropriate solution. Please note that removable items such as tags, charms etc are not included in the product guarantee. Please note that the return postage is to be paid by the customer.
Within the 30 days of receipt: If you request a repair or replacement due to faulty goods, we will assess the faulty products. If appropriate we will refund you the value of the product or provide a replacement.
*Please note that we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges online for items that have been bought in stores. The products purchased through other resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns policy.
Please note, we are only able to assist with orders purchased from Paul Costelloe Bags directly (in our 3 outlet stores, or online). We are unable to provide refunds, exchanges or repairs on products purchased from any other stores, and refunds for purchases made in our stores can only be completed in-store. Our guarantee applies only to items purchased directly from us via our stand-alone stores or online.
