We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.The dimensions and weights of products given are approximate only.

  • Faulty Items

    In the event that your goods are damaged or faulty on arrival please contact us at sales@paulcostelloebags.com.

    Our leather bags and accessories carry a 12-month guarantee. If within this period you find fault with your product (excluding general wear and tear), you can return it to us for a repair or replacement, provided that you are able to provide proof of purchase. The fault will then be carefully investigated and following this we shall contact you to discuss an appropriate solution. Please note that removable items such as tags, charms etc are not included in the product guarantee. Please note that the return postage is to be paid by the customer.

    Within the 30 days of receipt: If you request a repair or replacement due to faulty goods, we will assess the faulty products. If appropriate we will refund you the value of the product or provide a replacement.

    *Please note that we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges online for items that have been bought in stores. The products purchased through other resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns policy.
