Returns Policy
Duty charges
All orders ship from the UK. Customers outside the United Kingdom are liable for any customs or import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Policies vary by country. Check local requirements before ordering.
Online returns policy
- You have 30 days from receiving the order to return your items.
- Download and complete the returns form on this page.
- Online purchases cannot be returned to stores.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging with all labels attached and the returns form included. Items must be unworn and unused. Returns are at the customer’s expense.
Return processing time
- Allow 7 to 10 working days from the day we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
Refund confirmation
- We will email you once your refund is processed.
- After that email, allow 3 to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Gifts
- Contact the customer service team to arrange a gift return.
- Proof of purchase is required. Products must be unworn or unused with original tags attached.
Damaged or faulty items
- If your goods are damaged or faulty when you receive them, email sales@paulcostelloebags.com.
How to complete the returns form
- On the returns form, tick refund or replacement and include your reason. Add your order number, your details and whether you want a refund or replacement. Without these details we cannot take action.
